Healthy and delicious food, a clean and cozy atmosphere. We went there on Saturday, and the lady working there was amazing—she was serving everything alone but still very friendly and attentive, always bringing whatever we needed. I’m really happy we found a great new spot to hang out!

this place used to be much better. Had a disgusting feeling after. They completely messed up the meal, didn’t apologise after. And for some reason everything was just not tasty. The roast beef was tasteless, the chicken - almost raw. The sauce was weird. I don’t know what happened to this place

My salmon was raw inside, they mixed up the ingredients in my dish and didn't bother to remake it, just putting my protein on my friend's plate and his on mine. And they didn't even apologize. Total nonsense. And the whole dish was terrible, so I had to urgently look for something to eat in the nearby cafes.🤮

I visited Cielo in Griffintown yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter for about 10 minutes. Even the two people ahead of me ended up leaving because there was no staff to assist us. Eventually, a staff member showed up but seemed quite unprepared and didn’t even know the current promotions on the menu. There was a soup promotion, yet I was initially charged full price. When I clarified that I wanted it as a side with my bowl, she adjusted it—but the whole interaction felt confusing and disorganized. To make matters worse, I received the wrong soup, and it wasn’t good at all—very bland and lacking flavor. The salmon bowl was just okay, nothing special. Overall, I spent nearly $40 for a very average meal paired with poor service. Really disappointing experience—I won’t be returning.

One of the worst experiences I have had in Montreal. I had to wait for 50 mins for a bowl. The server didn’t update me, and, when I asked, she told me that I would get it at some point. I really advise against coming here.

I appreciate the choice of healthy meals, the nice decoration and the staff service. I enjoy going there regularly A sole bemol is when there are private events organized. They should mention clearly service is seriously altered on those days and that it may not be possible to order anything
