Amazingggg sandwiches! The best I have tried in the city. I got the muffuletta without eggplant and my friend got the classique. The muffuletta was our favourite as the bun was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside topped with sesame seeds. You can definitely tell the ingredients are great quality. The meats inside gave such a great flavour and there was a bit of spiciness from the peppers and tad bit of sauce. The classique was the egg sandwich which we enjoyed too. It was topped with a soft bun and the egg was thick and soft. The workers were nice but could have been a little bit more welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely return to try the rest of the menu or get the muffuletta again.

so good!! my favourite was the muffuletta. so flavourful and a lil spicy and im just a sucker for a good mortadella sandwich. the spot is super cute too tho not many seats (mainly bar seats and one booth)

I ate here in November on a rainy day. I won't dwell on the quality of the food, which wasn't bad (although, being Italian, I have eaten better panini in my life), but on the treatment I received. My plan was to eat there and stay to study for a bit, waiting for the rain to stop. I was not allow to do. Immediately after finishing my panini, about 15 minutes after arriving, I was asked from the one who seemed to be the owner of the place, to leave, even though the place wasn't so busy and outside was still raining. I felt uncomfortable, I recommend the place only if you want to be treated rudely!!

Had a great experience at Ciccio’s. Shoutout to Monica and Matthew for their amazing hospitality. It was my first time meeting Matthew and he was very welcoming, and Monica as always was smiling and providing incredible service. The food was delicious and fresh, and the overall experience was excellent! Hope management recognizes their hard work and great service. Highly recommend this place for anyone in Montreal looking for amazing sandwiches and friendly staff.

Saiya is incredible. She is always so kind, respectful, and hardworking, and she truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Her positive attitude and care for customers really stand out. The food is great, but Saiya’s service is what makes this place special. She deserves recognition for how consistently amazing she is (and honestly, a raise!). Highly recommend coming here!

The ladies that work here are wonderful, but the guy working the line has a real attitude problem. I told the nice girl at the front that I have a fish allergy and this guy barks up "I'm not making any guarantees." Buddy, can you at least pretend that you care about your job? This was a few weeks ago so I hope he's been canned since then, but my advice to the owner is to be careful who you hire. This guy is a liability waiting to happen.

This review is for the royalmount location but since there’s no page for it yet, I’ll just write here. Porchetta sandwich is an absolute joke. Since when is porchetta ice cold slices of cold cut? They also let a woman change her babies diaper on a table in the resto….Poor people who will be eating on that table later…Safe to say i won’t be eating here ever again.

Hi Matt, thanks for your feedback. Our Royalmount location operates inside Les Foufous food hall. The shared dining area and tables are managed and sanitized by the food hall’s team, and we do not have authority over guests’ behavior in common areas. Regarding the porchetta, in Italy it is traditionally roasted, rested, and sliced very thin, often enjoyed at room temperature or cool in panini and salumerie — a classic preparation. We understand it may not have met your expectations and appreciate you sharing your experience.
