The restaurant says that they open until 10pm, but when I came there at 9:40, the restaurant was already closed. I was confused and checked the signs in front of the store and it still says “OPEN”, and the closing time is still 10PM. I’m disappointed that the store did not notify customers before they come just to waste their time, especially during this freezing weather.
