Delicious Korean fried chicken with yangnyeom sauce. I also would recommend the Bulgogi bowl with Korean grape tea too. Definitely will return.

We arrived at 7:15 p.m. and placed our order by 7:20 p.m. The website states the restaurant closes at 8:00 p.m., so we expected to have enough time to enjoy our meal. When we entered, the staff especially the female staff at the counter seemed visibly displeased, as they had already started cleaning. Shortly after we ordered, we were told we had to finish by 7:40 because they would continue closing procedures. Our food was served around 7:35, leaving us less than five minutes to eat, so we had to rush through the meal. As English-speaking visitors in a French-speaking town, we couldn’t help but feel a bit unwelcome. Later, a group of local French-speaking teenagers arrived and were not given the same time restriction, which made the situation feel inconsistent. The fried chicken was quite delicious, and we do want to give credit for the food quality. I also left a tip, even though it was counter service and we cleared our own table. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our food. We would like to clarify the situation to correct some misunderstandings. First, it is our policy, especially for guests arriving close to closing time, to inform them BEFORE taking an order that our dishes are cooked to order and take at least 15–20 minutes to prepare. We clearly explained that we close at 8:00 PM and that dining time would be limited, and we only proceeded with your order after you explicitly agreed to these conditions. We want our guests to enjoy their meal without feeling rushed. We never requested that you finish by 7:40 PM. In fact, you remained in the restaurant until a bit past 8:00 PM closing time, and we waited until you finished without ever requesting you to leave. Regarding the group of teenagers you mentioned, they received the exact same information about our closing time as you did. We do not discriminate against any guests based on language or background; our policies are applied consistently to everyone. Any perceived lack of welcome was likely due to a language barrier, not intentional discrimination. Lastly, we kindly ask you to remove the photo of the teenagers, as it concerns their privacy. We take these matters seriously and hope this clarifies our sincere efforts to provide a fair experience for all.
