The service was quite poor, and I won't be going back as a result. I ordered a mint and cotton candy, but I didn't specify hard ice cream. So when she gave me the order of mint ice cream as soft serve, I indicated that I meant hard ice cream. I was very oppologetic but she was visibly annoyed and even told her collegue what happened when she walked by. I said again I was sorry but her face was dead pan. No smile the entire time - not even when she handed me my other orders. It was incredibly busy, and you can't get your own napkins or spoons so I had to wait another 10 minutes just to get napkins and a spoon. There are no bathrooms, so not ideal for little kids.
