Hailar honestly has some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, tasty, and the sandwiches were amazing. The staff were super kind and welcoming, and the place has a great vibe, especially if you want to watch the World Cup while eating. Big shoutout to Bob, who made us feel very welcome and even joked that if we didn’t like the sandwiches, it would be on him. 😅 Thankfully for Bob, the sandwiches were too good, so he didn’t have to pay!💀😂 Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great experience at Chez Hailar! The ice cream was delicious—we ordered the saffron flavor, and it was amazing. The sandwiches were also excellent, especially the Bandari and the sausage sandwich. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Tonight, I visited this restaurant with two of my closest friends, and once again, it was a great experience. The food was excellent as always, but what really made our visit special was the outstanding service from Sadaf. She was incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, and professional throughout our time there. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made us feel very welcome and added so much to our evening. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who clearly cares about customers. Thank you, Sadaf, for making our night even better. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to others!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The Iranian-style pizzas and sandwiches were outstanding, with authentic taste, amazing flavors, and very generous portions. The quality was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was great.If you truly care about the taste of your food, don’t miss this place. I highly recommend it to everyone. The next time I visit Montreal, this will be one of the first places I come back to. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Great value for the money and an overall fantastic experience!Highly recommended!

Hailar is a gem! We always order on Uber Eats or pickup but 3 days ago I went to pick up a few of their Persian roast beef sandwiches for friends that were visiting and it was amazing - fresh ingredients, tons of flavor, and was perfect. The ambiance is lovely and cozy, great spot to sit and take your time. Plus they have the best fresh squeezed juice bar in the area. Huge shoutout to Sarah, our waitress - she was so attentive, warm, and made our whole experience better. Will definitely be back 💚🤍♥️

When I picked up my order, the packaging was fine, but as soon as I opened the sandwich, I found a hair inside it, which made me unable to eat anything and completely lost my appetite. I even went in person to give them a chance to make things right and explained the situation politely. Unfortunately, instead of offering any real compensation or solution, I was only given a very superficial apology and sent away. For this reason, I decided to share my experience here. A place that does not value respectful treatment of its customers should not be excused. I won't be purchasing from here again.
