We had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the place was warm and inviting. The food was exceptional. I highly recommend the strip loin it was bursting with flavour. The meat was cooked to perfection—tender on the inside What truly set the evening apart was the service Barbara and Gustavo were attentive and provided excellent recommendations that elevated our meal. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of high-quality food and genuinely hospitable service. We will definitely be back!

I’m sorry to say that I do not understand the positive reviews. The service was poor, the food was tasteless, and it was quite expensive for the quality. It was very disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to the experience everyone seems to be raving about. There are far better options in the area, and we do not plan on returning.

The best dining experience we’ve had in ages. Steak was cooked to perfection and do not miss the empanadas or the lava dessert. The ambiance was very nice and there was attention to the little details. Kind and efficient staff. We loved our visit and and can’t wait to come back! We so enjoyed speaking to the staff and ended up sitting long after our wine was finished talking and sharing our stories! Thank you so much for a night we will remember for a long time!

Today we had an incredible experience at Chez Gadel. As an Executive Chef, I can truly say I loved the place — the service, the food, and the atmosphere were all excellent. What impressed us the most was the warmth and hospitality. They made us feel like we were among family. Gustavo and Bárbara are exceptional hosts — attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We tried the Argentinian experience a few weeks ago and were more than happy with the food, the experience itslef, and most of all, with the care and love that Gustavo, Barbara and the whole team pour into every dish and every second you spend at the restaurant. I can't recommend them enough. Boucherville is so lucky to have this amazing place.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chez Gardel. We went with friends and from the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel truly welcome with their warmth, kindness, and beautiful service. The food was outstanding, the freshly baked bread, the perfectly cooked meats, the milanesa, and the desserts were all absolutely delicious. You can really feel the care and passion put into every dish. Beyond the food, the overall experience was unique and special. This is one of those places where you don’t just eat well, you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a lovely evening!

We came to celebrate a birthday with some friends and the experience was honestly way better than expected. I’m not Argentinian, but I truly felt at home. The owners were super kind and welcoming, and they even surprised the birthday person with cake and a candle. Not from Montreal, but will definitely come back every time I’m here. Great food, great vibes, and lovely people. Totally recommend!

What can I say? Where do I begin? It’s our first time and for sure not the last one. The food was delicious, the hosts treated us like old friends. The place itself has the warmth and the simplicity of the owners. All I can say is thank you for being just the way you are.

Lovely service by Argentinian couple and great food with gently portions at a reasonable price. Visited yesterday with my wife and we loved this place. We go often to eat out and explore and you rarely come across gems like this. Food portions could even be shared in certain plates. Great delicious taste. And don’t miss their fried empanadas argentinas!

Our first time ever trying Argentine cuisine and Chez Gardel exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, truly reflecting a family-owned restaurant filled with passion. The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuine. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. A real gem in Boucherville!

I am Argentinian, and visiting this place in Canada felt just like being in my country. The quality of the food is spectacular, and the service is incredible. I highly recommend it!

If you want to have an authentic argentinean experience Chez Gardel is the right spot for you. Great menu and great food. The ojo de bife was superB! The owners are super friendly and polite. Would recommend it a thousand times!
