RUDE STAFF… I went in around 9:35 pm (close at 10:00 pm) to place a to go order. The waiter said 2 min to put an order before kitchen closes. I placed an order and then he says Chef is no taking orders!!! They put in my order in the register, the sign board was on and also there was a girl who literally put an order in front of me just because she spoke Chinese they took her order and denied mine!!! That is terrible to do it to a customer.

Food was tasty finished; all food before I could take proper pictures. For Montreal this is a 10/10 Chinese cuisine restaurant to scratch your Chinese take out itch. Will be coming back for sure.

Unassuming and homey— everything came out quick and hot! We ordered the cumin beef, soy sauce fish, yu Xiang egg plant, three heavenly treasures, cabbage, and noodles with beef! Great service — One of our party doesn’t eat pork and they were extremely accommodating. Got pretty busy around 7pm. Def recommend! We were looking for a delicious family style meal in Chinatown and definitely found it.

The phrases “Poor you…” and suggestions that criticism equals harassment are disappointing and feel unnecessarily personal for a business response. My concern remains the same: asking customers in person for 5-star reviews, combined with incentives for online posting, may create the impression of influenced feedback. You may disagree with that concern, but a professional response would have been more constructive. Also, I am not the person from the video you appeared to reference. My review raised a concern about staff asking customers in person for 5-star reviews and encouraging photo posts with incentives. If you personally experience being asked for a specific rating or feel misled into participating in review-related promotions, consider reviewing Google’s policies and making your own report based on your experience. If Google determines its policies were violated, possible actions can include removing reviews found to be incentivized or manipulated, limiting review functionality, or taking enforcement action on the business profile. In more serious cases, business listings may face stronger penalties.

There is absolutely no instruction or requirement here forcing customers to leave a review. I don't know whether this is due to a misunderstanding of the language or something else on your part. Asking customers to take photos and share them online or on Instagram is something many businesses do nowadays. Many restaurants in downtown Montreal encourage customers to post stories or share photos. You probably haven't been there, have you? Poor you…. There is no need to create an account solely to attack us. We will not be intimidated by threats or harassment. Your actions speak for themselves.

We are tourists visiting Montreal, and this morning we went to this restaurant for breakfast. During the meal, we were absolutely horrified to discover a cockroach inside the spicy fried chicken, and a black foreign object that looked like mouse droppings in the rice. This is not just disgusting — it is a serious public health and food safety issue that threatens customers’ health and safety. We did not make a scene in the restaurant because we wanted to preserve the evidence properly. We will be reporting this incident to the Montreal public health department and the city authorities for investigation. To make matters worse, when paying the bill we discovered that tips were being calculated on the after-tax total amount, which is against Canadian consumer standards and will also be reported to the tax authorities.
