An incredible meal! I felt like I was in Anna and Edith’s home— a cosy environment watching Anna cook. Goulash and apple streudel were 11/10. Will return next week!

Went for a cozy night dinner with my partner. Delicious! Great atmosphere and the chicken schnitzel and goulash were both delightful and perfectly seasoned. Loved the two women running the place (I believe including Anna herself). I hope to become a regular!

This has been my go to place since 2023. I purchased their salmon weekly for my bistro. On the personal side I still today love getting their dishes to go. The soup of the day, the stuffed cabbage rolls, the chicken paprikash, and today I tried the lamb goulash. Its always good and I really want them to be known. They also have anything fresh fruit, veggies, seafood and more. Be sure to say hi to Edith and Anna.

Fam, if you want a REAL, home-cooked Hungarian meal, don’t even hesitate — this is THAT spot. Anna herself is in the back cooking everything from scratch, bare love in the food, you can taste it instantly. This ain’t no shortcut kitchen. Mans was fully impressed, no cap. We’re heavy recommending this place and lowkey wish we could’ve ordered the ENTIRE menu. Next time we touch Montreal, we’re sliding back for sure. Certified comfort food, proper vibes, real deal only. 💯🔥

Chez Anna is everything I love about eating out: trying something fun and delicious prepared by someone who clearly loves what they do and food too. We each sampled a schnitzel with spaetzel, my partner had the pork and I had the chicken. It was perfectly prepared, wasn't greasy at all. Anna accommodated my allergy easily and swapped my side for cucumber salad which was also excellent. We also had her chicken noodle soup to start which was tasty and fresh too. If I lived in Montreal, I'd be here all the time.
