Went to Chelsea Pub with a group of friends and had an amazing time. Parke and Matthew both made our night, super friendly, funny, and just great energy overall. The service was honestly top tier. The food was also really good. I had the brisket poutine (beef) and it was amazing, definitely recommend it. Great vibe all around. I’d 100% come back again.

Came in group of 7 and had the best experience. Food was great but what actually elevated the experience was our amazing server Park. Shout out to him for making the night extra fun!!!

We had a great experience at this place! Our server, Park (I hope I got his name right), was honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We were a group of 7, and he handled everything perfectly, very attentive, friendly, and professional. Everyone in our group had a great time thanks to him. Highly recommend this place.

We went to this pub with a group of friends and had an incredible time. Parke honestly made our night, he had us laughing the whole time. He could easily be a comedian if he ever wanted to 😂. The service was amazing: super smart, friendly, and just great to be around. The food was also incredible. If you’re here, you should 100% try the fish and chips. I ordered it and the flavor was amazing. They definitely don’t hold back on portion sizes at all. Overall, the vibe was just perfect. If I lived nearby, this place would easily become my go-to spot without a doubt.

Cozy, rustic vibe with a great atmosphere, especially the outdoor seating. Food is solid (burgers and poutine are popular), though service can be a bit slow when it’s busy. Overall, a nice spot to chill.

Whether you’re stopping in after a hike in Gatineau Park, spending time outdoors, or just looking for a relaxed spot to unwind, it always delivers. • The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with that classic pub feel that makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. You’ll find a mix of locals and visitors, all drawn in by the laid-back vibe and reliable experience. In the summer months, the patio is a real highlight and a perfect place to sit back and enjoy the surroundings. • The menu has all the pub favourites, but there are a few standout dishes we keep coming back for. The Chelsea burger is always a solid pick, consistently well made and satisfying. The beef birria tacos are packed with flavour and definitely worth trying. The duck confit di Parma salad is a great option if you’re looking for something a bit lighter but still really delicious, and the chicken taquitos are easily one of our go-to appetizers. • The drink selection is also great, whether you’re in the mood for a casual cocktail or a cold beer after a day outside. Service is friendly and easygoing, which adds to the overall charm. • If you’re in Chelsea, this is absolutely a go-to spot. Simple, dependable, and full of character.

We were a loud group and there was a birthday at the next series also loud. It was hard to share stories/conversation. Otherwise though it was fantastic!

We had so much fun at the Chelsea Pub - Parke was a phenomenal server, he kept us laughing and our drinks full. The beef dip is incredible, it’s a must-try. Would be nice to have some house music playing on the speaker for ambience. Overall an absolutely great, fun experience! Thank you Chelsea Pub and Parke!

We always make sure to bring guests from out of town to the Chelsea Pub; doesn't matter the season. Our last guest, Rolf, from Germany could not stop talking about the poutine he had! I had the braised beef pasta and can't wait to have it again. À bientôt!

Food was good but not the best. A but smushy. Service, we had to ask for service many times, they didnt refill the water a lot. Every time i go its very loud. The beer is ready good tho. Especially the 10-4.

We had the best time at Chelsea Pub! The girls and I ended up going both nights we were in town because it was so convenient to the lofts where we were staying — and after the first night, we didn’t even consider going anywhere else.The food was amazing. Between us we had the Chelsea Burger, the Rueben, French Onion Soup, and the nachos — and everything was absolutely delicious. Great portions, full of flavour, and exactly what you want after a day at the spa.The real highlight of our evenings though was our incredible waiter, Parke! He kept us entertained all night, made us a variety of fun shots, and was so knowledgeable about the area. He truly made the experience memorable and had us laughing the whole time.Safe to say this will officially be our new spot whenever we’re visiting the spa — “Parke it at the Chelsea Pub!” Highly recommend for great food, fun vibes, and outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were a group of 12. Reserving was easy and responsive with appropriate follow up. Service was personable and expedient. Food was high level pub style.

Excellent vibe. Especially apres ski. Park is the best bartender I’ve ever had. Anticipated everything we needed and more. Great personality too. Will be back.

The service and atmosphere of the pub continues to be great. But the food quality is slipping. The fries that came with my fish and chips were soggy, to dark(i.e old oil used). Ate the fish which was just ok and left the chips. Tiny bit of salad was very nice.

My favourite place to hang out when I am in Chelsea! Service was excellent - kudos to Julien and Max for their fantastic service and senses of humour!EDIT: When I said "Julien" I meant Parc who was behind the bar. Nothing against Julien but Parc and Max's interactions were lots of fun!
