Wonderful hotel right on the lake. I was here in the offseason so rooms were cheap. Beautiful stay will be back

I stayed here last Saturday, nice spot, food, room. However, after my stay i realized I double booked my stay for the following Saturday. I asked Expedia to reverse and they said ' sure no problem' as they always do, but this Hotel said 'No'. So, Chateaux Vaudreuil you can have my $300 for next Saturday but I or my team will not be visiting again. Best. In follow up to the hotels reply, nice try! I appreciate it was booked thru Expedia and Expedia agreed to reverse the cancellation alltogether and my payment was due at your hotel so you could have easily cancelled it and no one would have been financially harmed, but you chose not to. Your reply is innaccurate and flat out false. WHy won;t you just be hones and state , 'the client booked a stay, we appreciate it was double booked my mistake, but too bad, were taking your $$'. Like I said, you can have it but buyers beware. Thats what this platform is for, to notify others of the good and the bad.

Regarding your follow-up reservation, please note that your booking was made through a third-party platform at a heavily discounted rate, governed by the platform’s policies. As bookings through Expedia are commissionable, the hotel does not receive the full room rate, and cancellations or refunds are subject to the platform’s terms. The $300 in question was not paid directly to the hotel, and the conditions of this discounted rate—including limited flexibility—were agreed to at the time of booking. For future stays, we always recommend booking directly with the hotel, which offers greater flexibility and options. While we cannot reverse this reservation, I would be happy to apply a credit toward your next stay. I do wish, however, that you had reached out to me directly rather than posting a review online, as this would have allowed us to address the situation together. One of the most elegant, beautiful and exceptional hotel experiences you will ever have. You are surrounded by magnificent and timeless luxury from the lobby to the amazing restaurant, the exotic pool area and the opulent rooms. I travel frequently to Montreal for both work & pleasure and will only stay here from now on. Special shout out to Lorena for making our last visit so special. Also to Chloe for keeping our room spectacular. See you all again soon !

The room itself was amazing, aswell as the amenities given… however I was sitting in the lobby/lounging area last night and I got confronted by someone working the front desk, asking me for my room number and name… wich is fine I suppose, but when you have a staff member yelling at you and getting upset with you for no reason just because you are admiring the scenery feels like I’m not welcomed here… I WAS a guest and not someone who was soliciting the grounds.

Our stay at the Chateau Vaudreuil was amazing. The hotel has a luxurious feel for an affordable price. Parking is included. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The steam sauna was nice but the pool was a bit cloudy.

Overall pretty good. By closing the pool at 10pm they actually mean they are cleaning it at 9:40 and the sauna is off by 9:45pm. Sucks to come back late after a long day of work and be greeted for you last min respite to be cut off early. This happened twice in a row. Restaurant is nice, Linda and the rest of the crew are A+. Front desk is A+. The place is beautiful A+. Gym had a couple machines not working. Overall it was good, but If you post pool hour until 10, don’t close the pool early- this is a rather rude and needs to be improved spot in an otherwise great experience.

It's our 3rd year we celebrate our daughters birthday at Chateau Vaudreuil, food, service, rooms, pool and staff are impeccable, from Sandro at the lobby, to Bernard and Linda at the restaurant and Antonietta the general manager, top notch everyone, keep up the good work!!

So far been here 2 times and cannot wait for the next visitis. The staff are super friendly and nice, the rooms are spotless and not to mention the perfect temp pool, sauna, ... We love it here

Room is nice and comfy. The pool water is discusting when you know a little about pool water. It would undoubtedly fails proper water tests. Gym opens at 7h but the concierge will open the door for you if you find him. We'll on the second day the concierge refuses with no care at all sticking to his rules. I wonder what was under review for them to get a 4 diamons review!

We are a group of 10 people, who had dinner last night at Villa Elina (Chateau Vaudreuil). We had cocktails from an expert bartender at the bar before heading to our table. The table was perfect, the service from Bernard was great, and the food was exquisite. I had the lamb, and it was the best I have ever had. Thanks to Frederic Blouin for arranging, and the staff or the restaurant for a great night.

Château Vaudreuil truly is a hidden gem. Despite us driving past this hotel for years we had never made the visit until our one year anniversary. After looking for a place to rest and celebrate Château Vaudreuil came up and we thought we'd give it a try. From the moment the front doors opened and we were greeted, all the way to our check out every aspect was just perfect. The food was incredible, the room was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We enjoyed time in the spa area which wasn't too busy and it felt like our own oasis. Walking the grounds was stunning in the fall, and despite not having access to the boats at that time of year it didn't even matter. We will be back every year! Don't let the location by the highway fool you, this hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed in.

Our experience was excellent. Sandro truly made our stay warm and welcoming. The restaurant offers impeccable service, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Very dissapointed in the hottub and sauna being broken on new years with no one able to fix it. We booked to have family and extended family activity on new years for the kids at the pool and for the adults at hot tub and sauna. Pool was too cold to swim in. Hottob wasnt hot and sauna was out of service. Extrnely dissapointed in our stay. Technician came by and said he would mention it to his boss but nothing was offered in return for the lack of facility service.
