Rooms were newly renovated and all in working order. Service was reasonably good, although I don't think housekeeping ever visited our room during our four-night stay. We probably had Do-not-disturb sign on for some days. Pool was small but ok. Sauna was not operable and seemed to be temporarily replaced with a portable sauna. It took too long to warm up so we gave up. The hot tub was not working. It is a decent hotel stay and a good location, walkable from the good restaurants and walkable from the ferry. Great restaurant on site.

Merci d'avoir séjourné chez-nous et nous sommes désolés de savoir que vous auriez apprécié utiliser le spa qui est malheureusement actuellement en réparation. Nous avons le soucis d'apporter de l'amélioration en continue à notre hôtel qui accueille la clientèle aux Iles de la Madeleine depuis 1985!
