We celebrated my father's birthday with the familyin the restautant The food was good and tasty, the salad was fresh. The service was very good as well as they had a smile on on the face.They always kept an eye to see if we needed anything more.

Amazing experience at Chateau Kabab West Island! The food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was excellent. The staff were friendly, and the owner was especially kind and generous. Great service and quality overall . Highly recommended! ⭐️😊

Stopped by to check out this place and had a great impression. The management and staff are friendly and professional, and the environment is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell they care about the quality of their ingredients and grilling process. We went there to get dinner and the food was not fresh, was clearly reheated, the service is really nice and people is really attentive, unfortunately they need to improve on freshness of potatoes, rice, beef and chicken

I was really excited to try this place, but honestly it was a huge disappointment. The food was completely under-seasoned and tasted bland — especially for a kebab spot where you expect bold flavors. Everything felt like it was made with little care. On top of that, it was surprisingly expensive for what you get. The quality just didn’t match the price at all, which made the experience even more frustrating. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was really not it. I hope they improve, because right now I wouldn’t recommend it.

We respect your feedback about your experience. It seems that your taste level is too high which is understandable !. The only comment we would like to bring here is about the price!. If you consider the price of $24 for a plate contains two kababs of your choice ( meat grade AA, weight over 350g net), grilled over a real wood charcoal, served with top quality of basmati rice, grilled tomatoes, fresh onions and also with your choice between soups or salad served with pita bread , butter and at the end you being served with our traditional tea .. all that served in a good ambiance with a free car parking.. if you consider this price is heigh , then you really do not know about the market prices … these days at this price , it is hard to find a good take out burger sandwich you can eat it inside your car!.

This place is one of the best kabab restaurants in Montreal. Absolutely amazing food, prices and 10/10 service and atmosphere. The owner is also a very humble and kind man. Thank you for you hospitality.

We went there for iftar during Ramadan. The food arrived 45 minutes late, which is unacceptable when people have been fasting all day. The plate was very expensive ($99). A salad that used to be included is no longer included, and the fries were dry. When it was time to pay, the waiter argued with us about why we didn’t leave a tip instead of apologizing for the delay. Very rude service. Avoid this place.

Our Ramadan menu is published in our website and the family platter which you took ($99 for three people or $33 per person which is considered very reasonable price compared to the market price) is well described and it shows clearly it dose not include the salad , so we did not cheated you!. You are saying that your platter came after 45 minutes which is a bit longer than what should be which is normaly within 30 minutes…but we didn’t leave your table without food until it arrived you…, starting from Iftar time there was on your table the soup, dates, juice, homous, baba Ghanooj … . You are coming to a restaurant which serve BBQ grills which cannot be grilled in advance ..so the grilling time takes about 25~30 minutes and imagine we have to serve 120 people in the same time…You had seen the efforts of our staff trying to serve the guest fast and in a professional way… The staff working hard to serve the customers and they are expecting they will be rewarded and it is part of their income… If you had an issue it was nice from you to talk to the manger instead of ruing the reputation .. specially you are in Ramadan.. and first thing you should learn from your fasting is how to be tolerant and generous instead of asking the others to AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
