Shuttle driver left us stranded. Two families with 5 children. Just got out of the bus and left. If you don’t speak French, good luck.

Overall I didn’t have a good experience with this hotel. - After booking through Expedia, I received a message says the hot tub isn’t working, when I called and asked about it, I was told that the listing on Expedia actually doesn’t say there’s a hot tub (which was incorrect, Expedia still currently shows there’s a hot tub at this property). - On the night I checked in, the hot tub was actually working, but on the next day when we went to use it, it was broken.. - A day prior to checking in, I received another message telling me that my “1 bedroom room is almost ready” even though I had booked a 2 bedroom suite with 4 beds. After calling back again, the hotel confirmed I’d get the correct room but regardless this was frustrating and a waste of my time. - Prior to checking in, I was asked to “pre-check-in” and submit my credit card on a suspicious looking website. The website ended up being legitimate but again this was frustrating. - The hotel’s wifi barely worked most of the time and constantly asks you to log in again. Plus the cellular network in the area isn’t reliable. It was difficult to use the internet in general during our trip. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
We actually left early as this “hotel” has no appeal. We ran out of toilet paper and towels were not replaced. Coffee machine was broken when we arrived and when we alerted the reception, it was not replaced. The fireplace ran out of batteries. The rooms were dated and everything was stained and used. One room had a window infested with Japanese beetles. The wood is all cracked and damaged, plugs are hanging out of walls. They have 2 pools and a very warped pool table. Nothing is offered - only a bag of coffee per room. Location is far away from ski slopes and anything deemed “entertainment”. Work staff argued in the hallway which woke us up in the morning. An absolute disaster of a stay.
Amazing value--spacious rooms and nice grounds. Convenient shuttle service to the village. Wish the bar/on site food was open. Internet a touch slow :)
Quiet, 5km from Mont Tremblant resort, lovely curb appeal, and cozy vibe, but in need of some basic maintenance to earn the 4 star rating. Outdoor hot tub was tepid at best which was disappointing after a cold day on the slopes. Room was spacious but needs some basic maintenance (leaky kitchen faucet, worn wood finishes, tired carpet). Overall feels more like a 3 star in need of some investment and TLC to return to its 4 star sparkle. Conveniently serviced by a free shuttle to resort which is great for apres ski happy hour.
We had a great stay here. It was quiet, cozy, and convenient. Had a room with 3 beds. Thing were a bit dated but that added to the character. Shuttle arrived promptly every 30 mins to and from mont Tremblant. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Outdoor hot tub looked cool. Would definitely return, all around great experience
We got the worst food poisoning slash stomach Virus from the water in the pool, the pool is not cleaned properly, they also charged “carpet cleaning 450$” the reservation was under my husbands name not mine and for privacy reasons won’t be disclosed here! overpriced ripoff
The hotel is old but cute, bathroom doors had cracks. 10-15 min drive the MontTremblant. Parking available, shuttle runs on schedule.
