The food was terrible, the service was awful, and unfortunately, it was a complete failure. I wasted money on food that wasn't worth buying. I absolutely do not recommend it, especially this branch.

The food and portions are genuinely a hit or miss. I got a beef sandwich, my friend got a chicken sandwich, and the difference between the two was insane. His was warm and tasty, whereas mine was dry and cold (we got the same spices too). The service is bad, the employees can get your order completely wrong (i.e., instead of letting you choose your toppings, they do it for you). The restaurant layout is confusing as you purchase towards the end, then pick up your food at the front. It’s extremely loud so forget about dining in

Having lived in Turkey for a year and a half, I can honestly say the food here tastes very authentic. The Iskender kebab, shish kebab, and chicken shawarma were all delicious and full of flavor. They also have very tasty Turkish ayran and an amazing trileçe dessert. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy real Turkish food!

the food is really good and the portions are solid. It does get very crowded, so expect a bit of a wait, surtout during peak hours. The vibe is busy but friendly, very downtown Montréal energy. The washroom isn’t inside the restaurant you have to use the mall one, which is a little far, but at least it’s clean and easy to find. Prices feel fair for what you get, and the staff moves fast even when the line is long. Overall, a tasty stop if you’re craving döner and don’t mind the crowd.

I love this place ! I came in later today and there was this young girl who served me she was the sweetest girl ever, it was my first time coming and she had the patience to go through the menu with me and help me. I would definitely recommend this place . The portions are very good for the price also.

I asked for an extra item with my order. Unfortunately, one of the Turkish staff members started speaking in Turkish in an inappropriate way, assuming I did not understand the language. However, I do understand Turkish, and I found the behavior very disrespectful and unprofessional.

If marinating chicken and making a decent salad feels unnecessary, perhaps customer service training should be the first ingredient in this kitchen. Start with how to treat customers, then move on to how to season food!!! Food quality: 2/10 Service: 1/10

Best bang for buck in Montreal. Huge sandwich combo with fries and feeds me for the day some times. Multi layered sauce so you don't end up with a dry last bite and sauce doesn't drip out at all.

We had the Champion Mixte for two at Donner Restaurant and it was great! The Adana, chicken, and beef doner were all flavorful, and the portions were huge; we honestly couldn’t finish everything. The fries were super fresh and crispy, and the bread came straight out of the oven, still hot and soft. The lahmacun was also really good. Overall, great food, generous portions, and everything tasted fresh.
