Horrible horrible horrible customer service and owning up to their mistakes. Placed an order on Uber in the 2 for 1 pizza section and only received 1 pizza. After calling them and explaining, I was recommended to order a soda can on Uber and place the order, so that they can send me the missing pizza... I tried telling them I live nearby if they could just send their own driver as it's not far, and was told it's either I pick it up myself or get it from Uber. So for 1 soda can, with tax and delivery fee, and of course have to give a small tip for the Uber driver if not my order will not be picked up, I had to pay 11$ to receive our missing pizza. I've worked at different restaurants in my life, and in this case I would certainly send them some additional things or even desserts to at least try and compensate/appease the client but alas...nothing. Not even the extra bacon I paid for was on the pizza.
