Best ceramic painting I've seen so far Lots of tools for texture and different items to paint

I love the concept but the customer service is awful. Our waitress refused to speak English, took our food order last (we were the first to arrive), and didn't check on us once. The tools and brushes are all mostly in poor condition, the ones on our table were not useable. Overall very expensive for what you get
Ive been to this place a few times and always have had a pleasant experience. The good is actually good giving coffee shop vibes. Perfect to come as a little date or with a friend. Last time we were a group of girls to celebrate my friend’s birthday and it was so memorable. Definitely always coming back

The experience was great but when we came back to take are things they had lost two of them and they all had holes paint stains of colours we didn’t even touch.
January 3rd 2026 January 10th 2026 Bad service at the door, was called out Infront of client's, Micro aggression , racism , injustice was accused of giving attitude to the front desk when it’s absolutely untrue my phone number was given to be called back to be seated they took my number wrong the last digits was wrong and the front desk told me I was giving them attitude for a mistake they made I was calm and collected the whole time ! I placed a complaint was called by management was given a free entry with my son they apologized I was happy with that conclusion! Come back one week later they LOST my ceramic they can’t find it Go figure! I asked for my money back will never go back
Concept is great but service at this location is meh. It’s very crowded especially during peak times on the weekends. The staff covering the tables to me feel overwhelmed and aren’t in the headspace as a result to be friendly with clients. Nonetheless, overall I always enjoy my time here 😊
We visited as a group of six, including three kids. We were informed at the beginning that a 15% gratuity would be automatically added due to our group size. This policy is not stated anywhere on their website. Their site only mentions that groups of 12 or more are considered large, with no mention of mandatory gratuity or extra charges. I also did not order any food or drinks, so I did not receive any service personally. I do mind being charged a tip for a service I did not receive. Tipping should be optional and transparent, not mandatory and undisclosed online. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. Picture clearly states to my discretion.
Great place for a winter day... my daughter loved it, the staff was super friendly and they explained everything to us, for sure we will come back again.
Very slow and uncaring staff. No one had the knowledge to help when they were asked about anything. Very expensive and overrated also.

Terrible service Walked inside with my daughter requesting a table for 2. We were the only people standing and waiting for a table. There were at least 3 tables free to our right (plenty of people seated) and an entire section 11 tables free to our left. Hostess mentions there are no tables available and the wait is estimated to be 35 to 40 mim??? I showed her the section to our left as there were other couples seated. Can you not accomodate 2 people? She said the section was closed and simply no. No smile, no attempt to find a solution. She was rude, and couldn't care less if we left or not. Her co worker who witnessed it all didn't even attempt to find a solution. This is what happens when you hire people with absolutely no business sense. We were going to spend a minimum of $75 (price for painting, food etc). POOR SERVICE IN LAVAL. Go to the one located in the West Island on St-Jean Boulevard. The staff are much friendlier than the miserable people working at Ceramic Cafe in Laval.
