First time at Ceramic Cafe. Made a little plate for my spouse. It was crowded, but still sell organized and fun!
Spent a very long time on a big piece for them to end up telling me that it got chipped during the cooking process and that they won't be giving it to me. Never even got to see it. They said it was for my own security so I wouldn't cut myself on the chipped paint. However I went to ceramic cafe in laval after the one in brossard and when they handed me my piece that had a chip in it they said to be careful and suggested i put some type of polish on it to smooth the edges. I told him i was surprised he gave it to me since Brossard didn't and he didn't understand why they would do that. Out of the more or less ten times i have been to ceramic cafes, the piece that Brossard didn't give me back was my biggest piece that i was the most proud of. I told myself i would never go back there and warn other people as well.
We have recently visited this place as a group. Lots of choice, great service. All the girls were useful and friendly. We were warmly welcomed by Sofia and we wanted to highlight her excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
