During my time in Montreal I wanted to find food that really represented one of the city's cultural immigration. And this place was exactly what I was looking for. I'm from the Caribbean but different part of the diaspora, so it was both familiar and I new to me. It was food that drew me to the larger Africana diaspora. but the same time you could see those French influences like in the Haitian patties. Bonus points that's in Little Italy, which I wasn't originally going to go to because it the neighborhood was just too far west of everything else I wanted to see. But this restaurant with such a focal point it allowed me to explore a neighborhood that I would have missed out on.

Last time I had a poutine here it was a poutine soup BUT It's a very Good place! You come here for Caribbean dishes Not poutine! GREAT GRIOT amongst other things! I know I knocked the poutine down but Again This place is VERY GOOD!

We ordered the pork and oxtail creole. Both were amazing. Personally my favourite was the oxtail. It was so tender and moist. The macaroni was so flavourful. Highly recommend! Worth travelling to try.

food was delicious and the service was very fast and friendly ! would recommend also because the portion sizes were great for the price and quality :)
