Tremendous poutine. I usually get the regular one because I love the sauce, but I've also had some with beef and onion. This is a classic casse-croute that gives you exactly what you expect, one of the best in the borough.

Poutine was definitely classic. Big portion of cheese curds and fresh cut fries. Burger was good, but a bit pricey for the size. However, they forgot our order while multiple people who arrived after us recieved theirs. This was a huge disappointment for us as we were hungry and the restaurant didn't seem busy at all. We were also the only non-french speaking customers. The gentleman with the glasses who took our order was kind, apologized, and offered us free dessert, but at that point we were already so frustrated.

We spent a week trying out as many poutines as we could in Montreal, and this place was by far our favourite! The food is hot, tasty, -and very reasonably priced, with large portions. We got the pepper steak poutine and can definitely recommend it! Very cosy spot, and the owner Ali was extremely kind and friendly, even taking the time to talk through the menu with my mum and bringing her food over himself. All in all, good vibes, great food, and an amazing team. Thanks Ali!

Was not impressed at all. One small poutine with one steam hotdog took a long time to get. My poutine had hardly no gravy, literally on the top and little to one side. The fry’s were definitely not fresh, barely any cheese curds. My hotdog was mustard and onion and there was hardly any mustard. I asked for a Coca Cola and got sugar free coca cola but by that time I was already annoyed so just took the 15$ order and ate what I could to not waste my money more. I might also add uber eats and skip driver’s cutting in line and then to getting annoyed that there order was not ready also. Was surely not a good experience and I’ve lived in Verdun for many many years and yes there are better hot dog and poutine case croute in our city.

However, we would like to clarify that our potatoes are freshly cut on-site throughout the day, as needed, and our fries are cooked fresh. Definitely lives up to its reputation for some of the best poutines in Montreal. Had the vegetable poutine, they added banana peppers which brought it over the top. Staff is very friendly and answered all my questions.

Great local place for hamburgers, hotdogs and poutine. I recommend the Cheese Normand! Very good poutines. Make sure to ask for a Biere Epinette !

Food is amazing, we dont work to far used to order weekly. We had to stop due to new cost on uber. Pepper steak poutine with onions 2x hot dogs Just about 27$ before tax and fees. 2.50$ extra for adding onions which used to be a free Ad on. This is for a small poutine which appears to be new, as before it was just medium and large. great option but the medium size was the same price as the new small before. The food is amazing, one of the best hot dogs and poutines on the island.

Regarding Uber pricing, unfortunately we don’t have control over their fees, but we completely understand the frustration. We also pay around 35% in fees when a customer orders through Uber or Skip, which has a big impact. As for extras and portion sizes, we’ve had to adjust due to rising costs, but we always strive to offer the best possible value. We look forward to seeing you again at the counter 3 stars 👀

50$ for 3 medium poutines. The fries are over cooked or you have to change your oil more frequently. It was nothing special and the wait was long. Never again. P.S. If your looking for a good poutine in Verdun go for pierre patate. They have been there for years and still have some of the best food in Verdun especially the Italian poutine.

This is my first ever review. I got the General Tao poutine and I regretted it almost instantly as I felt the General Tao ruined it a little mainly because I could taste how fresh and tasty the fries, gravy and cheese tasted. I should have stuck with the classic, I was not a fan of the extra stuff but I'm happy I got to try it. Also the chicken didn't taste like General Tao, it tasted more like little tiny nuggets with some kind of sesame seeds on them. The good news is that the staff and seating arrangement was very nice! I devoured that poutine and left with my tummy full and satisfied and that's the most important part! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
