Been here often and usually good but not today. I don’t like to complain about food but only up to a point. I can forgive making a mistake once when ordering food but twice? Ordering anything with meat is always ok, can be a bit overcooked but still ok. But when it comes to fish and chips it was too much! It’s not my first rodeo with fish and chips. This is one of my favorite comfort food so I know what to expect. A nice golden fried batter and nicely cooked fish. First attempt came out with a burnt batter. No thank you. Waiter explained that it had to be that way so inside gets cooked. Huh ?? Second attempt was still dark but accepted it. Started eating and parts of inside was cold. Could not accept it again. He said that was why they had to overcook the batter. Still does not make sense. I have had fish and chips in different restaurants in different areas and always came out as it should. Anyways enough of that. I will still come again but not order the fish and chips. Looks nothing like picture when served.
