Thank you sincerely for your thoughtful review and kind words. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’ve been open since August 2025, and as a new establishment, there have been a few administrative steps along the way.. particularly the approval process for our exterior signage with the city’s urban planning department. (which can be quite complex in a heritage district 😅) These procedures took more time than expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. That said, we are actively finalizing everything, and the situation will be fully resolved very soon.
