Pizza Carole Pizza is a landmark in Lachute. I have been eating here for many many years. Sold recently, prices are higher and over the last 2 years quality of the pizza and dough has gone to zero. The signature tomato sauce with cinnamon no longer exists. Being a loyal customer, figuring i'd call them to let them know my last several pizza orders were terrible in order for them to address it and be aware, I was told its because as I get older my taste buds are changing..... SO not only do they not care about their food, they obviously don't care about their customer. Your dough and pizza has gone to shit, your pizza was undercooked, and its way overpriced. Will not order again.

Restaurant decor is beautiful. Service is good. Waitress somewhat engaging. Food was too dry. We could have played hockey with Onion rings and worst pizza I ever ate. Not for me, thank you

The Cesar salad was awesome and the pizza was great the only thing was it was really cold inside the restaurant our food got cold really quick

They charged an extra $9 for bacon and $6 for onions. We ordered by phone and weren't informed about the additional $15 for two toppings. I've never seen prices for extras as high as that! Terrible customer service when I called to check if the price was correct - I was shouted at and hung up on by the owner. And there was a hair stuck deep in the cheese. Very unimpressed.
