We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Our reservation was mishandled. We waited over 15 minutes to be seated, and our table was given away because the staff didn’t check the names of the party before us until they were being seated in front of us. The hostesses were swearing in front of our party, including children, who were visibly shocked. The service was slow and inconsistent. From taking drink orders to finally receiving our food, everything took far longer than necessary, even though the restaurant was not busy. One dish was completely different from how it had been described, and when we pointed it out, the server casually said, “Oh yeah, haha, I didn’t realize it,” leaving us stuck with a plate no one could eat. No apology was offered, nor was there any attempt to replace the dish. We had to share food from our plates because some items were inedible or incorrect. The only woman at our table was served last every time. Basic necessities like plates, utensils, and napkins had to be repeatedly requested. Drinks were inconsistent, and mistakes were made when explaining dishes. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. Every member of our party agreed this would be our last visit.
