The reviews are very mixed, with an average rating of 2.7/5. Several customers especially like the poutine, burgers, and some club sandwiches/fries, but others report long waits, poorly prepared orders, and sometimes unfriendly service. A few comments also mention a poorly maintained, not very clean place. If you go there, it’s better to expect a bit of a wait and keep your expectations modest.
Food was okay server was tad rude
I think there is a new manager because i did try the place in the past but today was a totally different experience. The customer service was impeccable...holding the door and bringing me my command outdoor in the snow while i was on a call...I took the goodies home and i must say that the fries was beyong expectations, delicious. The pizza could have the ingredients more spread out but there was so much on it, i ordered the special grande gueule 14in 2x. its the first time in a while that i eat 2 parts of a pizza and feeling so full at the point of freezing the left overs because i know that i wont be able to finish it tomorrow. 👍
