The time indicated are not appropriate.Says it opens at 7am; it didn't open. I waited more than half an hour in front of it while the staff didnt even acknowledge me even though they saw me. To top it all, they even served me yesterday's pastry by heating it so that it seems it is fresh. Very disappointing. I went there to study for my final initially and I was very mad by how I got treated.

Terrible coffee here. Learn how to make a proper latte. My pastry was very old and stale. Staff (washo don’t seem very intelligent) were ignorant to everyone who ordered. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Staff is so welcoming and professional. It is a joy to stop by this café. Keep on serving Canelés!
There is a man who works there, not sure if he is the owner, he is often rude. Skip this one.
The owner which is working every morning is so rude and unprofessional, I just asked which kinds of tea do you have, and he shouted at me and said I’m the boss and have no time explain it to you. I was customer of this Cafe for several years but now it is getting so disappointing for Van Houtte brand.
love this place, especially the customer service! Selda helped me today and she was honestly amazing. I told her how I like my matcha (less ice, less sweet), and she made it exactly how I wanted. Super patient and really kind her vibe honestly made my day. Wish more cafés had service like this
Outstanding service
Thanks to Reza the barista, I had a great experience there. I have ordered a Cappuccino and it was perfect.
I've noticed some challenges with communication and product quality. It would be great if the owner could work on improving patience and consistency in service, as this would enhance the overall customer experience. I've noticed that at other Van Houtte locations, the sandwiches tend to be more generously filled. Here, the wraps often seem less full. I hope this could be improved.

The owner was quite uneducated and unprofessional on how he treats customers, regardless if one pays for order or not yet, as one could be waiting for someone before ordering. I saw how he ridiculed a potential customer who is deaf, shouting at him in front of others. The deaf person was looking for a decent café to start his studies. The owner couldn't think to communicate in alternative ways through writing on paper or using phone to show note of his comment in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Even if the owner may need the table to serve other paying customers, he still had the opportunity to inform him in a dignified manner, just the same as he would expect to be treated from customers. Hopefully the upper management gets to see this review and give him training on customer service, especially focusing on accessibility as well.
The owner spoke to me, and his body language looked angry and aggressive. He talked to me, and I told him I didn’t understand because I am deaf. He kept speaking anyway and then decided to tell me to ‘get out.’ That was very, very disappointing.
