Took a detour on my way back to Montreal and it was highly worth it! While they get their pastries from a Montreal bakery, they make their sandwiches in-house and it was a tough choice. While I’m typically not a grilled cheese kind of person, the raclette and pickled onions with thinly sliced apples option was calling to me and it was fantastic! Their coffee was very good, flavourful and properly brewed. It shows that they know and care about their craft and their clients’ experience. I loved its quaint yet modern vibe and it was a pleasure to spend the morning working there. I look forward to being back.
