I ordered via one of the delivery app and I reviewed my order like any customer and they responded to my reivew with covert negative judgement as if I reviewed based on delivery person handling of my order not they asking and caring about my experience and my satisfaction as customer and not wanting to real hear from me without pre-jugements and covert projection onto delivery person which I strongly reject it. They also very clearly not showing any real care about my experince and my satisfaction as customer rather than focusing on themselves by covertly playing the victim by covertly projecting onto delivery person and delusionally judgeing my response with feeling that I never stated in my response and wishing me to response to them with feedback that benefit them only without they really care about my experience and my satisfaction which I strongly reject it. And their second response full of covert gaslighting, manipulation and focusing on the delivery person that non of their business and on themselves only not really care about my experiences and my satisfaction as customer. And also their response to me as customer is very unprofessional and with covert discrimination while other customers who posted their reviews here in google map they showed more care about their experiences and satisfactions which I strongly reject their discrimination towards my experinece as customer. I never recommend them to any one, customer care and satisfaction with equality is more important and there are many coffee shops out there are capable to show and represent that to me as customer and to any customer

I’m in love with this little café ✨ Fully vegan spots are so hard to find in the region, this is such a gem. Had a great study session with amazing coffee and a sweet treat. I’ll definitely be back

I live far in gatineau, and i am a constant client with naturally vero as I enjoy their organic and vegan options. However, the service or preparation of takeout is usually inconsistent, sometimes i get exactly what I ordered for and you can tell the person cares about the order and provides excellent quality. Then there’s a lot of times where the order is not what I get, the smoothie is thrown together without care or accuracy to the listed ingredients/ packaging. Naturally vero is on the more expensive side , it should be up to standard with the quality and quantity portions, It is good food and worth the expense but it should be more consistent. It feels as though i get lucky with one person that prepares good takeout, then other times someone else that doesn’t.

I'm changing my review. My visit today with my partner was disappointing. We came from far in Ottawa (1h05 minutes of driving) for my birthday brunch, as I thought this was my favourite cafe based on previous visits. I mentioned it was my birthday when arriving and that I came all the way to enjoy their treats. I have to admit, the prices of the spring menu were much higher than I anticipated and remembered. It was around $15 for each small breakfast item. Regardless, I was eager to try, especially with the inviting social media posts. We spent around $40 for two items on the spring menu and a regular pistachio latte (the drink was on the regular menu). What was supposed to be a warm, pistachio milk latte was served to us cold. We asked them to heat it and they did, but the overall flavour was also lackluster. It wasn't sweet or flavourful despite adding pistachio syrup. My partner, who tries to see the positive in everything, admitted he much prefers our lattes at home, and we have both preferred coffee at other vegan cafes. The carrot croffle was fairly tasty but to me, not worth close to $15 for a small plate. The presentation was nice. My partner's wrap was tasty but again, only the outside of the wrap was warm, and the inside contents were cold. The service was fairly neutral and friendly. I left hungry and very disappointed on my special day. I don't plan to return, and I felt the need to write this review. I'd also be happy to speak with the owner about my experience. Hopefully improvements can be made as I like to support vegan restaurants. *In response to the owner, I also want to mention that at the cafe, I was told a lot of items are made from scratch, but not everything, including some of the cakes.

Fantastic cafe. So happy to have stopped in before the Nordik spa. So grateful for a vegan spot.

One of my absolute favorite vegan cafés! 🌿 Everything here is always fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients in every dish. The menu has such a great variety, and I love that there are so many creative and nourishing options. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. If you’re looking for delicious, wholesome vegan food, this place is a must-visit!
