Very disappointed with the customer service. I called an hour ahead to ask if a reservation was needed for three people on a Sunday (today) and was told it wasn’t necessary. However, when I arrived, I was informed there was no availability. I understand that walk-in traffic can be unpredictable, but I don’t understand why a reservation couldn’t have been taken just in case. Sad because the menu looked good.

They have a policy that you cannot work on your computer inside. There are no signs and no warnings. I could not get a refund. it comes accross as a scam imo

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Laptops are welcome from Monday to Friday and only restricted on weekends, as indicated by a sign and a sticker at the counter. Of course, if an order was placed on a weekend without noticing this policy, we are happy to offer a refund. We’re sorry for this inconvenience and remain available by phone to resolve this together. Weekend brunch here feels special without requiring reservations making it perfect for spontaneous plans especially for bacon and eggs lovers!

Food took forever to come out and egg white looked undercooked, sent it back to be done again. Also had a bit of an odd smell in the place.

The service here was amazing. Sabean and the rest of the staff provided fast and friendly service. I had the classic breakfast. Great value and very tasty. Lattes here are also amazing!!

Wonderful atmosphere captures Plateau culture without trying too hard just comfortable neighborhood spot where everyone feels welcome during soccer games especially tonight.
