I have submitted the complaints to city inspection crew about their food. They selling expired days old food which is causing food poisoning to people.
Loose Motion Biryani…. I spend the whole night in toilet after eating their biryani. They have serious problem with the food quality. Soon they will be getting sued.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the chilli chicken, and the meat tasted stale, almost rotten. It also looked like excessive artificial food coloring was used to hide the actual condition of the meat. Very disappointing and honestly concerning. The only reason people seem to visit this place is because of Tharsini, otherwise, I don’t think anyone would care about this restaurant.

This happen February 14 my husband order a chicken biryani and chicken cury he said none spicy but they gave him a spicy one. Its fine if its medium spicy but they gave us a super spicy one. My husband ask to change it but they dont want to. They don’t even bother to apologise instead get mad to my husband. I will never buy in this store.
I ordered food through DoorDash and the food was not even fresh and I have observed that the idly was like someone tried to eat or taste it (not sure what happened) I am really disappointed, someone suggested me that food would be fresh so I ordered it but ended up throwing away food in garbage.

I am writing to report a bad experience I had with one of your cashiers. When I asked her a few questions, she responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner. She mentioned that she was closing, but her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I understand that employees can be busy, especially during closing time, but customers should still be treated politely and professionally. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure better customer service in the future.
