Our visit to this cafe was one of our best experiences during our trip to Quebec City. The owner and all of the employees were super kind to me and my two kids, playing with them, talking to them, etc. My daughter loved her lemonade. The owner even gave our kids a couple of the stuffed animal mascots of the café which they LOVE. One of the staff members, Cynthia, spent a lot of time talking to us. I especially loved that the staff let me practice my beginner French and were so supportive, switching to English when I needed help. My kids will cherish this memory and so will we !!

Came in for coffee take out before the train and just see some cats, felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable. The woman looked at me like I owed her something, so angry and unsatisfied. The place was pretty dirty, especially the entrance door, it seems like they didn’t clean it since last winter lol. Some cats looked a bit sick to be honest… I very wish it would be a nice place, really like this type of the cafes. But this approach to people is so weird and leaves with a bad taste after the nicest trip in Quebec City

One of the coziest cafés I’ve been to! It genuinely feels more like a warm, welcoming living room than a typical café, which made the whole experience really special. The staff were incredibly friendly and added to the relaxed, comfortable vibe. The food was good, and the place itself had such a quirky charm that made it stand out. And of course, the cats were absolutely adorable — definitely the highlight! 🐾

As the name implies, live cats everywhere. You need to remove shoes before entering and you are required to wash your hands before any service is rendered or before you can pet the cats...interesting. Cats are allowed everywhere even on your table...while you are eating...I am not sure this would pass muster for US Health departments...so, cat people, enjoy the experience while in Quebec CAN.

Such a lovely cafe with the best service and cats! I’m surprised this place isn’t super populated as the cats are so friendly and welcoming. The service was a bit slow, but we were a big group so it was understandable. It was a bit difficult to play with the cats as there weren’t much toys to attract them with, however we still enjoyed being in such a lovely, comfortable space.

What a lovely cafe!! Wonderful food, and you can't beat the cozy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and of course the kitties were so adorable and friendly (and the little Yorkie was super cute as well). As someone who was visiting the city and missing my babies, this was such a terrific experience ❤️

That was take worst experience I have ever had in my life. I am not exaggerating. I ordered 3 hot chocolates, all they did was pour chocolate milk in a glass and warmed it up, guess how much it costs….$20! When we were walking in they made us take our shoes off, it was probably for sanitary reasons, but that whole place was unsanitary. So we went to put our coats down and when we were gonna pay, then the lady basically yelled to take them of the chairs because we were sitting next to the cats, and because we were taking u chairs for other ppl, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE! After got our hot chocolates the staff went to sit on the couches and started bad mouthing us ( I speak French I could understand). Finally we left because we were so unpleased and didn’t drink the hot chocolates. I looked through the window and they took the hot chocolates and drank them! If the staff is reading this I hope you will be better ppl some day.

That was not an amazing experience. We ordered 3 hot chocolates and they gave us hot chocolate milk, then they started bad talking us ( we speak French but they didn’t know) then we left after not drinking any and they literally drank them. And when we were ordering and they just said move your jackets but on a side note the cats were super sweet but the staff were very rude. I quote they said “ but they didn’t even drink any “. But in French. But the cats were so cute.

My friend and I visited this afternoon on our way to the train station; even with large suitcases in tow we were able to tuck them into a corner and were welcomed by the staff and the kitties. This cafe is very cozy and feels more like being invited into someone’s home than a commercial coffee house; that said, the croissant and mocha are on par - if not better than - other coffee shops in the area, especially in terms of value for price. The cats all seemed happy, and it was nice to see them napping openly around the cafe - a sure sign that they trust their environment and their humans! As well, it’s so refreshing to see a business that makes an active effort to be inclusive in their hiring practices, in terms of prioritizing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, with autistm, etc. We look forward to coming back the next time we are in Quebec!

Feels more like being in someone's cozy living room than a coffee shop. Staff is super nice, the cats are both beautiful and friendly. It's a bit pricey but understandable given they offer an experience beyond a regular coffee shop!

Amazing scene, many cats that are all willing to be pet. Drinks were great and very strong. Required to take shoes off when entering which gave a very calm vibe about the cafe.
