Fresh food, made on site everyday, and A LOT of variety, from poultry to salmon to beef with ample sides to choose from... And very good price to quantity ratio. I cannot recommend this location enough if you are in search of a solid lunch downtown Montreal.

You can choose fish, meat or chicken and you can add 2 siders (from the "Hot" bar and/or salad bar). Hot siders can be baked potatoes, grilled mix vegetables, brocoli, or pasta options. Salad bar has many more options. There are also sandwich selections. So, the Cafe has many options where you can eat quality meal with great price. Very close to many 'Office Buildings'. Definitely will go again!
