Stopped briefly in the parking lot next to Starbucks after receiving the wrong order and needing a quick correction. I was planning on getting something to eat at café dépot right after. There were no visible signs indicating reserved parking or no parking. Within minutes, the owner confronted us very aggressively, threatened towing immediately, took photos of our license plate, and continued the confrontation even after we apologized and left. I understand protecting private parking, but the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. They then proceeded to ban me from their café dépot.

Staff and owners are very disrespectful! Never go here! You’re better off waiting the line at the Starbucks right next door. Owners personally come harass you to get out of the parking if you are not buying anything even after just parking there for 2 minutes to ensure I don’t endanger someone on the road! Never again!

The culinary offerings were unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning. My request for a chocolate milkshake resulted in a mixture of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, which was unpalatable.

Amazing place !!! Love the atmosphere, the people, the staff, the ambiance and more! Totally recommend the place. It's cozy and very welcoming. The food is great too. It has a Diperie Inside for ice cream and crepes.

While the drinks and food are tasty, the place is often packed which makes it hard to find a place to sit, and when you do find a place to sit there often isn't anything to plug your computer in. The place being so busy also means the staff is overworked and ends up making mistakes, which is annoying because it makes you order takes a very long time, but they are very apologetic about it and kind.
