I went to purchase three croissants. The cashier did not change her gloves. She touched her phone, the wall, etc before and after handling my food. When I spoke to her about why she should change her gloves, she got defensive. When i walked away, I heard her call me a "Salope"... French people knows what that means. It is pretty derogatory. I chose not to confront her but I don't intend on returning. When I went there previously, the man at the cash touched his nose (nice way to put it) before opening the bag to put my crossants in. Due to their poor sanitary habits (and blatant disrespect), I won't be going back. For those of you who don't think its a big deal, think of the times that you went to the bathroom with your phone, dropped it on the floor, on the streets etc, and compare that to the number of times that you have cleaned it. Also, when you are inattentive, what do you do with your hands? You play in hair (she had long hair and no hairnet), you wipe other surfaces, handle products, etc... Definitely won't be going back. The crossants were not the freshest, anyway.
