I generally have a good experience whenever I have ordered coffee or cold beverages here but recently I ordered a cold beverage and it had a little more than half the cup of ice. So obviously there is much less of the actual drink in it. Cafe Depot , take note of McD's, Tim's and Wendy's who put a little but enough ice to keep the drink cool without charging more than 5$ for what is more than half a cup of ice. A little respect for the customers in this regard would certainly go a long way.

Gave it a try the first time for a cup of cheese and grapes. The cheese was covered in dust hair everywhere i had to throw it away. Second time i tried it i ordered a smoothie and was left disappointed as it was syrup blended with ice.. thats not a smoothie but a slush. ( honestly dont know how it could be advertised as a smoothie..)

As a daily commuter I stop here every single morning for my coffee and croissant, and I can honestly say the transformation under the new management has been incredible. The previous team didn’t create the best experience, but since the new management took over, everything has completely changed and for the better. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is friendly and efficient, and you can genuinely feel the positive energy as soon as you walk up to the counter. My morning coffee is consistently perfect, and the croissants are always fresh and delicious. It’s clear the new team truly cares about quality and customer experience. They’ve turned this place into somewhere you actually look forward to on your way to work. I would love to give a shoutout to the new management and staff you’re making Cafe Depot Montmorency great again 😂. Keep up the amazing work!

My recent visit I noticed the new management has refreshed the space and I loved the new creative options on the menu The shop is now clean and well maintained The staff is fast and friendly Love my coffee latte free lactose 👍

Service super slow, ender up not having time to order because employees were just standing around and I had to choose between getting to have breakfast or being on time for work. On previous visits food has been decent for what it is, if a bit too sweet.
