Came here on a Tuesday evening with a couple of friends after hearing the coffee was worth the drive to Granby, and honestly it lived up to the hype. The single-origin pour-over I ordered was genuinely some of the best coffee I've had in the Eastern Townships, smooth and complex without being pretentious about it. The atmosphere was cozy and low-key, perfect for a casual catch-up, and the staff were friendly without hovering. We ended up staying way longer than planned, which is always a good sign.
