This cafe & the hands on customer oriented owner goes above and beyond for the client! This is my favorite cafe in Montreal. I love the atmosphere, the ambiance and the maple oat milk latte is for me, one and only! I discovered this diamond of a place in the summer of 2024 and I have enjoyed many a good meetings and sit downs here with friends and so much good food from the grilled cheese to the dulce ro leche donut I can’t say enough positive things about the epicness of this cafe! Dax cafe is about to expand into frozen ice cream gourmet treats so get ready for that as it’s going to be one more addition to this already awesome cafe in the heart of Outremont!! Located on avenue Van Horne and open seven days a week even during holidays !!! I’d encourage you to support this Quebec owned local business that is full of heart and high quality coffee and hot and cold , beverages ( including epic wines!) , artisanal goods and ceramics for sale and an indoor and outdoor atmosphere that is gorgeous! If I could give Dax cafe 10 stars I would as they certainly deserve it! Excellent staff, excellent food and drinks.. it is your go to place! The best kept secret in Montreal is this gem! Ps they welcome dogs on leashes… my Shiba is always welcome here which is yet another example of why Dax is so great!!! 😃
