My favourite cafe! Their coffee is always delicious and the staff are so friendly. All the treats are to-die-for, you can’t miss. Highly recommend!
Such a cute and friendly little place! Staff is very welcoming and kind, ambiance was incredible, and the coffee and food was great. Very eager to come back so I can try out the rest of the menu
I had such a lovely experience at this coffee shop. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt incredibly cozy and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax, whether you’re catching up with a friend, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet moment to yourself. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, which makes such a difference. You can tell they care about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. The drinks are consistently delicious (the guy with the tattoos makes mega good coffee and awesome latte art) and made with care, and the overall vibe of the space makes you want to stay awhile. It’s definitely become one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great coffee and even better service.
Update: I just read the response from the owner. Let me describe what I saw more accurately. I walked into the main entrance, which is beside the cafe. I have to walk down a short hall to get to the door of the cafe. As I entered from the street there was a man behind me with a large dog, and just inside the doorway, against the wall, was a woman, smiling at me, she said nothing to me. I walked up the hall and stopped at the open entrance of the cafe. In front of me was a large service dog (in a brace for the woman to hold onto so it was easy to see this dog was a service dog). There was another smaller dog to the side, and one behind. It was not possible to approach the counter with the dogs there, as well the cafe was full. I decided waiting in line, with three dogs around me, was just too much for my delicate sensibilities. I turned to leave and saw the woman at the entrance was on the floor with paper towels cleaning up an enormous amount of dog poop. I don't mean a few hard turds. I mean a sloppy mess that spread along the floor. I would estimate about a kilograms worth of poop. I am not kidding. I was disgusted that this woman actually let me walk through this mess, which, happily, I missed getting all over my boots. I went across the street and waited for a bus and saw the same woman sitting outside the cafe with a very large yellow dog, and understood why there was so much poop. This experience just amazes me. Dogs should not be permitted in cafes, and especially this small one. Ug! I still feel disgusted by the experience. I just walked in the entrance and almost stepped onto a huge pile of dog poo spread across the floor. There were three dogs in front of me at the counter. This dog nonsense has got to stop. A service dog, okay. But other dogs, NO! I won't be back, geeesh@
Food tasted horrible and extremely overpriced, place is also dirty, it smells bad and the service is absolutely teribble. Honestly, I don't even know how some of the staff were even hired in the first place, they were rude, rushing and they were talking really loud to me border line screaming at me. After the argument I had with one of the workers, I saw her spit in my coffee with my own eyes, I threw the coffee away immediately and complained at the front desk and she kept denying after I literally saw her... Worst place ever im not ever going back and I strongly do not recommend
Best coffee spot in the West Island!
Amazing coffee
Love their coffee and it’s super consistent! However, I do find it quite pricey - $5.18 for a medium Americano is quite steep, higher than most cafes in downtown Toronto where I live.
Best coffees and pastries. The lattes are always rich and smooth and their lunch offering always hits right. The staff are always warm and welcoming and I love to come support local and have a catch up with friends. Will definitely be back.
Unfortunately we did not get a “warm hug”from this cafe. Our two cappuccinos were weak and the barista owners said they could add another shot but we would have to pay. As previous comments mention, perhaps some barista and customer service training would help. Given the owners’ attitude we will take our business elsewhere.
Amazing service and delicious drinks and pastries
Cafe Coco & Bean in Beaconsfield is an absolute gem and hands down one of the best coffee spots in the area. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with the warmest, friendliest energy. The coffee is consistently exceptional: perfectly brewed, rich, and smooth, clearly made by people who truly care about quality. The cakes and cookies too are truly deliciously decadent — fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Beaconsfield is so lucky to have Cafe Coco & BeanThis place is pure joy in café form.
