Modern and refreshing cafe with fresh pastries and servings. Everyone is young and inviting. Cannot wait until it gets warmer to sit on the outdoor terrasse. Beautiful location next to the lake and the iconic North Hatley bridge. Exactly what the community needs.

Great food and drinks that came out quickly. (I highly recommend the éclairs) All of the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is lovely - lively but not too noisy - nice for chatting, reading, and working. I have been in three times since they opened, once for lunch with a friend, once to pick up a latte, and once with my family where we played a board game. A very nice edition to North Hatley.

I really like the Mercantile, the predecessor, but I love Du Pont! Great sandwiches and one of the best London Fogs I have ever had! The staff is as good as the food and I will make this a regular spot for when my taste buds want a treat!
