Excellent friendly service, food is tasty and reasonable prices. The atmosphere quiet and relaxing at the time we went. Good choice of ceramics and painting colors. We will be back for sure! Update 1: As much as we enjoyed our experience, we are disappointed in the "ready" time. We were at the café February 28, it's been almost 6 weeks and we still haven't received a call to let us know our ceramics are ready. I called March 29th to find out when then would be ready and the girl that answered said it should be next week. I'm not impressed with the follow up service. The rating i made for service is going down to a 3 and my overall rating going down to a 4.

Merci tellement pour vos bons mots ! Ça nous touche vraiment. On met beaucoup d’amour dans notre café céramique et ça fait chaud au cœur de voir que ça se ressent. Au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt pour un autre beau moment créatif !

We really enjoyed our experience here. The food and drinks we ordered were really good and the service was great. There’s a 2 hour limit but we went a little over and didn’t feel rushed. However we were really disappointed to receive our ceramics back with really visible marks made by the tongs used to dip them in the clear glaze. I think it would be really nice to take a few extra seconds to smooth out those marks before firing considering that this shop is a bit more expensive than others. I’ve been to many ceramic cafes and made ceramics many times myself and have never had marks from the tongs appear, even as a novice. It kind of ruins all the work we put into painting them. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be returning if this is what the results will be.

Merci beaucoup d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire, c’est vraiment apprécié. Je suis sincèrement désolée d’apprendre que votre expérience a été décevante — ce n’est jamais ce que nous souhaitons pour nos clients. Je me permets de vous expliquer brièvement le procédé, car il peut parfois porter à confusion. Nous n’utilisons pas de pinces pour la cuisson des pièces. Les poteries sont plutôt trempées dans un glaçage, puis déposées sur de petits supports spécialisés lors de la cuisson (ils peuvent ressembler à de petites pointes). Ces supports sont nécessaires pour éviter que les pièces ne collent dans le four. Après la cuisson, nous prenons soin de lisser ces zones à l’aide d’un outil afin d’en atténuer au maximum les marques. Malgré tout, il peut rester de légères traces — c’est un aspect normal du procédé de cuisson en céramique, que l’on retrouve d’ailleurs dans la plupart des ateliers de ce type. Cela dit, je comprends tout à fait que cela ait pu vous décevoir, et je suis vraiment désolée que cela ait affecté votre expérience chez nous. N’hésitez surtout pas à me réécrire ou à passer nous voir — ça me fera plaisir de regarder votre pièce et de refaire un lissage afin de "corriger" celle-ci. Merci pour votre retour 💛

Although our food and drinks were forgotten about we noticed the employee seemed quite overwhelmed so completely understandable maybe short staffed! Other than that they have a nice variety of pottery and paints A really fun activity to do with friends we can’t wait to see our finished product When we did receive our coffee and snacks after asking they were amazing!
