I paid $34 for a burger combo during my visit. Unfortunately, the burger did not taste right and was missing the beef bacon. I was disappointed with my experience.

Bonjour, Après vérification, votre commande Uber Eats #5308C ne contient aucun extra bacon. De plus, le Big Vibes ne comprend pas de bacon dans sa recette de base — il est donc normal qu’il n’y en ait pas. Concernant le prix, il est important de préciser que les tarifs Uber Eats sont plus élevés qu’en magasin, en raison des commissions importantes prélevées par la plateforme. Les prix affichés sur Uber ne reflètent donc pas les prix en succursale. Nous sommes désolés que le goût n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, mais aucune erreur n’a été commise sur le contenu de la commande. Cordialement, Burger Vibes 🍔

I had an amazing experience The burger I had, made by Hassan, was absolutely delicious. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend stopping by and trying Hassan’s burger

Hassin Best service ever, on time when I picked it up. The hamburgers are one of the best I've had in Laval. The fries are crispy and fresh. You can tell they change the oil often. Order from here you can't go wrong!!!

Best burgers i’ve had in a while! I ordered one this afternoon, went back in the evening to get one for the night and for tomorrow - ate them both as soon as i got home! The burger meat to topping ratio is perfect, the burger is flavourful with fresh toppings and on top of that i only waited 5-10 minutes after ordering for it to be ready. The man in the kitchen was also very nice. Definitely recommend and will reorder
