Ordered food via Door Dash. Only half of the order arrived, despite being an order for just two people. The food that did arrive? Cold as if it were sitting out for ages. Fingers crossed I don't puke it back up or worse. Unfortunately, not the first time this has happened. Wanted to chalk it up to random chance, but based on ours and others' experiences this is par for the course. If this has been flagged for months (and longer), this is squarely on management not giving a shit. Avoid like the plague, they don't care about your business.

EVERY TIME I ORDER Uber WITH YOU GUYS YOU FORGET HALF MY ORDER!! HALF OF IT!! IS IT TOO COMPLICATED TO DOUBLE CHECK THE RECEIPT BEFORE SENDING. I'M MISSING MOST OF THE MAIN ITEMS.. NOW WE'RE 3 PEOPLE HERE WITH FOOD FOR 1! COST ME 77$ MY TRANSACTION ID IS 02142-80102-27303-060607. PLEASE FIX THIS I PAID MORE THAN 14$ IN GETTING THIS DELIVERED. I WORK IN RESTAURATION AND THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAPPEN ALL THE TIME THAT'S WHY ON THE FIRST 2 TIMES IT HAPPENED I DIDN'T WRITE ANYTHING BUT REALLY IT'S GETTING OUT OF HANDS. MAYBE A LOST CUSTOMER... WE'LL SEE..

Busiest BK around. The Junior Whopper was great, grilled perfectly. Sadly the chicken sub was steamed and soggy. The 'onion rings' were made of mashed onion paste and underwhelming. So, stick with the basics, and enjoy the large parking lot, too

Very bad service. Don't order from them. There were items missing in our order. We tried calling to correct it, but we never succeeded despite 3 phone calls (only one answered and never answered again). So we spent more than what we got. Very disappointing.
