Horrible service. Do not come here especially during the night for drive, there are like 2 people who are employed and they are really really slow and probably just overwhelmed, I don't even know who to blame for this. Shame on you BK.

Love Burger King food, no problems with that. But I’ve come here once a month for the past three months and it takes an hour to an hour and a half to get your order with five other cars in front of you. The manager/owner is the one at fault for this. Where do people go at 2 in the morning after going out…….to the one place that’s open!!!!!!! And you have two people working!!!! What is wrong with you!!!!! I can understand this happening once, but five times in three months is unacceptable, staff your frickin restaurant!!!!! Especially your night shift staff, where it’s only the drive thru you can use. Once you’ve ordered your stuck in line for however long it takes them. Owners like you should have your business taken away, just saying

I went to this location Feb 5th , 2026 at 1 PM. I had 4 coupons for Whoppers, Chicken jr, and nuggets. Nice lady punched in my order , I gave her a $ 5 tip , waited 5 MINUTES and was out the door. The place was very busy and they did a great job !! The food was great, plenty of fires and it was clean. Super nice staff and hard workers, owner should be proud of this and I recommed this location.

Ordered take out at around 23h. As a former fast food manager, I understand this is usually around shift change, where closing shift leaves and night shift arrives. Errors happen, mistakes are made, quality slips, I get that. However its one thing to make an error, but its another thing to flout food safety procedures. The nuggets weren't close to fresh. They're dry and old tasting, which means they've obviously been kept in the warmer WAY too long, at least over an hour. The chicken burgers were a little better, but then again, the crispy chicken always keeps well. It's older, but edible, however procedures still clearly aren't being met. The burger patties weren't stellar, much better than my last experience, but lacks the tenderness that they would have if cooked to order. Overall, this screams one of 3 things. A manager that doesnt enforce policy properly, or doesn't do appropriate pre-shift post-shift checklists, a crew that doesnt care, or an owner who prioritizes reduced daily waste over proper food handling practices. Overall, disappointing. You don't need to run a tight ship to avoid these mistakes. This should be basic quality assurance.
