Their Facebook page is loaded down with AI generated slop, which is beyond inappropriate for a franchise with as much going for it as Burger King. When this was brought up to the franchise, we were all collectively blocked without word. Despite being nothing but respectable and reasonable in our concerns, this location owner has decided that ignorance and blocking customers instead of taking accountability for their own actions is an appropriate action- I sincerely doubt their quality of service is any better in store, and should anything go wrong with your food, I assume you'll just be blocked for complaining about it. Several strongly worded letters and complaints are being sent outside of this franchise, as the owner is obviously incapable of any sort of conversation. Extremely disappointing behavior from, again, a company that can more than hold its own without stealing or scamming with generative AI junk.
