Beyond pissed. I paid over 80$ after fees etc for the mandolorian meal and was sent 2 meals with no special cup, no special box or crown. I paid extra only for this promo. I called they just said we were out. And I told them I already ordered and they hung up. This sucks.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for my order, just to notice that the staff had not even started preparing it. We ended up getting a refund and went elsewhere.

I still can’t understand how this could be served. A piece of metal broke off the grill and ended up in my daughter’s burger — imagine if she had swallowed it. What’s worse is the follow‑up: after multiple emails, there was no response, no apology, no explanation. Nothing. This is the level of service now: overpriced meals and complete disregard for customer safety. My daughter could have been seriously hurt, and they didn’t even acknowledge it.

My new favorite burger place! Fast food beef usually tastes awful to me but their burger was really juicy and tasty. Also, the snack box?!?? Genius ideas, especially delicious with the ghost pepper ranch. All for less than 20$. I had t have dessert afterwards and the ice cream is nice, the vanilla doesn't taste like the fake, disgustingly sweet one👍

I had a very bad experience at this Burger King location in Laval. I ordered two kids’ meals and one Whopper. When my wife opened her burger, she found mold on the bottom of the bread, which is completely unacceptable and concerning for food safety. We brought it back to the counter, and instead of apologizing or addressing the issue properly, the staff simply threw it in the garbage without saying anything and made another one. There was no explanation, no apology, and no sense of responsibility. This shows a lack of basic hygiene standards and no respect for customers. It also seems like there is no proper FIFO (first in, first out) system being followed. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

New drive through works well, service is quick. But don't go inside, service is almost none existent inside. After waiting a good 5-10mins at the register trying to get an employee attention, had to ask if I could order. Took another 10mins just to get the order. Pure chaos inside with under drivers coming in sticking their phones up in employees faces. Not to mention, what happen to the whopper? I got a pathetic little hamburger, I thought they made a mistake and was told "this is the way it is now".

THE WORST SERVICE I HAD IN CANADA,🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 THE WORST SERVICE I HAD IN LY LIFE, Ordered for 23$ to eat there, there were about 10 employees but never managed to deal with few customers, i took my food in after one hour, after arguing with the manager, will never ever go to berger king ever..

Love their 2 for 11 deal. The cashiers are always super nice, one of the cashiers once even gave my kid free ice cream. Feels more than just a fast-food restaurant.

I placed an order online around 7:25 am for 3 chicken sandwiches and 8 nuggets. I reached at the location around 7:40 am and asked for my order in drive through but it wasn't ready so the store manager asked me to wait in the next parking lot and said he will bring the order so I waited until 7:53 am and yet the order wasn't ready. Finally when the order was ready then the store manager asked me to walk and pick up the order from the drive through window instead of coming to give me the order. So I went again with my car and told him then he is like deliveries you need to come inside to pick up which means he thought I am Uber or skip but I placed an order online which I repeated like 3-4 times. Very rude he was his name starts from S a Muslim guy. My order also had missing items.

Today Feb 13 2026 at 15pm customer argued that one of the workers young gentleman went at the same time as him to use the rest room and did not wash his hand upon return to his work place once confronted he was being argumentative towards the customer , told him not touch his food and was being confrontational until the manager on site made him leave to wash his hands.... Last time I come here after seeing this disgust
