We bought burger combo for the whole family and we were very disappointed. We found multiple hair strands in a lot of things and that made the food look disgusting afterwards. We went back with physical proof and they didn’t even give us a refund. They didn’t care at all

Best burger I've ever had! Im not usually one for burgers however I wanted to try their #1 combo and was super impressed by the flavor and quality of the burger! I also got. Apoutine which was very good as well. Would definitely return to this location if ever back in the area.

I went to Burger Factory in Montreal with my spouse and kids, and we had a wonderful experience. We ordered burgers and were served by Adam, who was very welcoming and professional. The burgers were absolutely delicious and very generous in size. The fries were super tasty as well. Everyone truly enjoyed the meal. The next time we’re back in Montreal, Burger Factory will definitely be one of our must-visit spots!

Disappointing experience. Ordered a fried chicken burger and poutine for $20. The ‘burger’ was just two chicken tenders between buns, and the poutine had shredded mozzarella instead of proper cheese curds. Honestly, I could’ve gotten the same cheap quality at the Costco food court for a fraction of the price—they’re literally using the same frozen fries.

Quite disappointed this time. We ordered a chicken burger. It came ready with chicken tenders. When we asked how that happened, he told us that there was no chicken left. Wish they would have told us before we ordered. Food was ok Place was cool - the winter draft comes in. Not sure I want to repeat.
