My son and I have been eating at Solstice for a couple of years now. The food is never a miss and the atmosphere now on the principal is fantastic. Oh, and the fact that they host one of the fastest bike rides around is rad also.

I’ve had burgers all over the world, and I can confidently say that nothing beats the Solstice Smash Burger🔥 Hands down the best burger I’ve ever had! And to top it all off, the owners are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Amazing food, amazing people, amazing vibes. Solstice is simply unbeatable!

Honestly one of the best smash burgers ive tried! Classic and Tony was delicious! I ordered an extra at the end! The staff were very nice and eventhough it was 1 minute to closing they did an extra burger for me and they were very nice ! Made me comfortable and was just amazing overall! Highly recommended! Thank you all and will definetely be back!

Fantastic smash burgers! The burger was crispy on the edges with just the right amount of grease. The bun was soft and delicious and it had a nice amount of toppings. The french fries had a crisp exterior and a soft interior. I would have preferred if the individual french fries were longer, but I really can't complain. There seems to be a nice selection of wine and beer at this restaurant and there is a very nice outside terrace to eat at. Seating inside is extremely limited and I'm not sure how well it would work in the winter when the terrace is closed, all in all I had a very enjoyable meal and I will definitely be back.

If you see a line- run. I hate doing this to a business- but this was the worst experience I had in a very long time. The line was halfway inside the restaurant, maybe 15ppl max yet it took 56min to order another and 15 min to get my 1 takeaway burger. The food is good. The staff takes its sweet ass time, was completely unbothered by the fact people waited 1h+ If you want to spend your evening waiting in line - go here. If there is no line give it a try as well

We ordered two burgers and a fry. 1 Smash Solstice, 1 Classsic. Staff and premises are bang right on a full 10/10 no question about it. Burgers: Both burgers were adequately cooked, patties were sufficiently browned both sides and conditments were all there and fresh, presentation was also great as can be seen in the photo. Where it went wrong for us was seperation of tastes, flavours and textures..... take a bite and it was as if straight out of a blender. This is just our opinion, take a stab at it and see what you think. Saint Sauveur needs a burger joint and we'll be back to support them and possibly write a more cheerful review.

The smash burger was flavorful and well-executed, offering an interesting take on the concept. The sauce, however, was overly rich and fatty, overpowering the rest of the burger. Prices are very fair, and the ambiance is pleasant. The only downside was the service, as the staff came across as unfriendly and somewhat indifferent.

The Smash Burger with smoked Gouda and jalapeno relish was so..... oh my, absolutely delish! 😋 Half-restaurant, half-store, it's a cute and clean place for a quick and yummy bite.

The burger was so good that I didn’t even have time to take a picture because we finished it within seconds! Everything was homemade, and I think even the bun was homemade. It was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for a real, authentic burger, you have to come here. It’s definitely worth it!
