Food was good, but the service was completely unacceptable. The server (John) didn't ask for our drinks, brought Coke without consent, and later tried to charge $25 depending on how we paid - after saying it was "free." He refused to properly split the bill, told us to "sort it out later," and kept the payment terminal in his hand while selecting a 17% tip himself without giving us a choice. This was misleading and unprofessional. Management needs to address how payments and tips are being handled here, because this experience was not okay.

First of all, the food was cold and hard, no one greeted us, when we asked for water she was so rude about it, the floors were dirty and sticky, the bathrooms were nasty as if no one cleaned them since they opened, as we were about to pay one of the waiter said they were my mother, which caught me off guard because my mother was next to me. As we were paying, we told him we were unhappy with the service and we wouldn’t tip. He said he would charge us for two people but he charged us for three, and he kept insisting to tip 10% for taxes and entered the tip amount himself without our consent. Never coming back again

Welcome back to the new fu lam Same locstion but dont be fooled because their quality actually makes it worthwhile to come Fried to perfection. Not too salty and not bland food except for the desserts but they actually look good Bring your own wine Price for the buffet is worth it Great for parties. Hvent tried the supper but it got me intrigued

I’ve been wanting to come here for months and when my wife and I got here, we didn’t enjoy our meal. Pretty expensive for 2 people at lunch and we were forced to tip when we didn’t get any service. I really wanted to like this place, but ended up getting food poisoning

For all the liar who don’t put 5 stars this is the best clean tasty buffet ever the employees are amazing full of respect the cleanliness the management I will say thank you to the owner for the best clean tasty food in Montreal and for someone to put less than 5 stars you must did something wrong and you are hiding it behind your feedback cause you are a coward Cloudy snowing grey outside but inside oui & oui when you enter and see princess Kate and her beautiful smile and cute face it will turn to sunny beautiful day like you are in one of the most gorgeous islands, love you and thank you for the hospitality As usual the food is amazing everything is clean and the service is so lovely Honest to god , best food best service best clean place , don’t waste your time looking just pass by and have a bite , you will know what I’m talking about . We went for our weekly visit , and thanks god princess kate was there we all go to see her beautiful face and her kindness she is the sweetest person ever , place is good for company lunch , birthday,family etc…, brothers and sisters, you must visit that location , the quality of the food the cleanliness the service is 10 stars , I would love to hug the owner for that type of service and the quality of the food , and guys don’t forget to say hi to Kate she’s a real sweet angel , god bless you all guys . Super yummy food super clean very very nice people employee are so friendly worth each cent and before we left there’s that Chinese beauty cute lovely sweet princess wish I know her name , because of her it’s worth to drive hour and half even more just to see her and to eat of course , just a look at her you don’t need to eat you will get full , yes that’s how cute she is - went back again to eat , same like always everything is perfect and finally I know the beautiful pretty girl name , her name is princess Kate , oh god how cute beautiful sweet lovely hot angel nice princess she is , I wish she’s included in the buffet cause is soooooooooooooo yummy I may put tattoo in my arm with the name ( Kate ), a big big thank you for the owner for the nice service and the so good clean food

This was my first time dining here and I was very impressed with the freshness of the food and the friendliness of the staff, everything that I ate tasted delicious, and the desserts were great too!! I will definitely be returning!

Really depends what you like to eat, they have almost everything but almost all no flavor! I only had crispy chicken and some salad. I try to taste one small bite of different food but I didn't find anything that great. Very very average. Will not try it again.

First impression is the place is clean and busy.Tried to make a reservation but the girl on the phone said no reservation under 8 people so we went there and wait for half an hour.fine The food is like a continental but a bit worst. There's something that's taste good but mostly not . Even the fruits donesnt look good. Look like fruit that's been out for too long and sitting in it's juice all mushy .sushi is bad and chewy Then just when we sit down the waiter asked us to pay right the way he said it will be slow if everyone ask him at the sametime... Fine. What's not fine is that they put the amount of tips for you (15%ish I calculated) but the costumer should always be the one who choose how much tips they want to give. It is illegal btw for them to do not have option for costumers to change the amount of tips. And dude when you collect the plate on costumer table don't touch the utensils they are using period..... Ask them if they want to keep it or if they want a new one. The guy just casually grab my fork and put on table. I know it might be OCD of me but I don't put my utensils on the table without napkins. Over all probably not gonna go back with this price is just not worth the experience.staffs are friendly but have no idea about dinning service. I would say authentic family run Chinese cuisine experience.

It was our first time last night for dinner with our friend who frequently goes here . We were very impressed with the freshness of the food and how piping hot everything was. Your staff took great care to make sure that everything was good. Cleaned the dishes off our table quickly and refilled our drinks . We will definitely be back in the near future.

Went here with my whole family on a Wednesday night! Our overall experience was not that great..Atmosphere was very blah,no light music nothing, just very cold feeling! Anyhow, food was low quality! The shrimps were very discusting sorry to say, i bit into it and it felt i was biting into boiled playdoh! Noodles, rice, chicken fried rice, vegetables, egg roll were ok, just ur regular taste! Sushi was very low quality.. As for the sodas, they were flat , watered down sugar! Sorry but when people come to ur resto and pay for food and service (which is just filling water and gathering plates) at least have a decent quality in drinks! The chocolate fountain wasnt even there ! The only thing that is good is the vanilla ice cream… Not worth the price for this type of quality! Not coming back here! Good luck

Visited Buffet Oui Oui recently. The service was nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. There are a variety of food options available, though not an extensive selection. The food quality was decent, not outstanding, but acceptable for a buffet.Overall, it’s a good buffet place for a casual visit, but probably not somewhere I’d return to regularly.

The food was good . We were enjoying our meal up until we noticed all the shrimps had doodoo💩 in them wich indicates that they do not clean the shrimps properly wich is very dissapointing. please clean the 💩 out the shrimps .

Food was a bit bland and not a lot of selection either. I know it’s lunch but they could do better, sauce for egg or spring roll very thick,no peanut butter sauce for the dumplings , Raw shrimps had shells on and I had clean out black poop from the shrimp myself (very time consuming)
