Went today 4:30 pm. Food all fresh and service was good. Did not try the sushi or salads. Adult $27.99 kids $6 (5&3 years). Tip well. They work more removing all the plates.
Reviews / Ratings for Buffet Oui & Oui
We had a great experience at this buffet. The food was fresh, delicious, and there was a large variety of options for everyone to enjoy. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was always stocked and running smoothly. One thing that really stood out was how clean and organized the restaurant was at all times. The dining area, buffet stations, and overall atmosphere were very well maintained. We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great buffet experience.
Not very tastie. Very expansive.
Very busy restaurant. They have good variety of good. Taste is just ok. The staffs are very nice.
I come here very often, with family and friends. Today I came with my mom for lunch and everything was going well as usual, the young waiter who served us was excellent, we paid our bill, left him a good tip and we were on our way out. Suddenly a waiter who was NOT even serving our table stopped us on the way out, not to say "bye" or "thank you" or "have a nice day" but to ask us if we had paid our bill. I don't know his name he's always there when I go he's a bit older may be he's the manager and he walks like a girl. Out of all the customers in the restaurant, somehow we were the ones singled out and questioned, since I seriously doubt staff stop clients on their way out to ask if they paid their bill. What made this especially upsetting is that it genuinely felt like we were being judged based on our appearance and skin color. Whether intentional or not, that interaction was embarrassing and left a very negative impression on us, coming from someone who did NOT even serve our table or came to see us once during service. The experience was humiliating, insulting, and honestly infuriating. There is a certain way people are looked at and treated when assumptions are being made about them, and that is exactly how this felt. I have eaten at countless restaurants and have never once been stopped at the exit and asked if I paid before leaving. No paying customer should have to walk out of a restaurant feeling embarrassed in front of others after supporting the business. Management/Ownership seriously needs to address this behavior, because experiences like this are exactly how loyal customers are lost, and I hope this person never treats other paying loyal customers the same way based on what they look like.
Nice place for big groups
We have been here lots of times and every time we request John to serve us. He always has a smile on his face and he doesn't rush us . He's always clearly our table he takes good care of his tables. The other staff tonight were very happy to and cleaned the dishes too. We have never had a bad experience when dining here. The food was piping hot and the kitchen staff were busy filling up whatever needed more food .
This is a buffet-style restaurant where you serve yourself, so table service is minimal. Food was okay, but the experience was ruined when staff questioned me about not leaving a tip. The staff blatantly told me, they won't get paid (which is a straight up lie). Staff need reminding that tipping is not mandatory nor against the law —especially in a self-serve setting —and customers shouldn’t be confronted about it. Very uncomfortable experience and I won’t be returning.
Excellent food , great service .
Staff is nice but god the food is really awful
The food was acceptable. Personally, the highlight for me was the costco shrimp and orange jello
Visited today from Toronto for lunch buffet. The bill for two people came to $52+, and I added a $5 tip. After paying, the server told us the bill wasn’t “closed” because the tip was too low and started explaining about low salary and no commission. This made us very uncomfortable. Tipping should be optional and based on service—not something customers are pressured into. This is a well-known restaurant, so I expected better professionalism. Unfortunately, the staff attitude did not match the reputation. Management should seriously look into this and train staff to respect customers. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
Service is good. Food is one star.
Good food for buffet. Brouhht back memories from before covid.
It the first visit to this buffet. Travel in from Chambly for the food that’s always fresh. Items in the buffet are clearly identified. Had dinner with a friend. Not rushed at all even though it was dinner hour. Our waiter, John, was super attentive . Can’t wait to go back!
Any time just wow
It is a crazy restaurant. The server who looks like owner of the restaurant every time throw the water and bring a bill even we didn't finished dinner. Finally ,when I payed money he needs tips more. I can pay more tips but I feel like give just a panny. Anyway, I give him tips with cash but he was so rude.
Honestly great place! The food was decent wishing they had maybe like a tiny bit more selection but best buffet I’ve been to in a while and the service was wonderful !
I went for lunch and dinner on another day! The quality of the food is not the best out there, as they serve all kind of Asian food. It’s great that they have options. They have sushi, it’s done in front of you which is a great touch. They have lots of chicken, beef and pork option. Needless to say: They do have a membership to lower cost if you plan on visiting often.
Food was good, but the service was completely unacceptable. The server (John) didn't ask for our drinks, brought Coke without consent, and later tried to charge $25 depending on how we paid - after saying it was "free." He refused to properly split the bill, told us to "sort it out later," and kept the payment terminal in his hand while selecting a 17% tip himself without giving us a choice. This was misleading and unprofessional. Management needs to address how payments and tips are being handled here, because this experience was not okay.
not bad to try it during weekdays. weekend's or dinner, might be a different story
Too much fat in the food, and not enough options for people with allergies. My soda was also watered down.
Excellent services, fresh food all good..
Food & service is alright, decent sushi options & not expensive.
All good
