Late Friday evening I called and I placed an order for delivery of 30 boneless chicken wings, no fries, and six dips. My order came to $55 and change. I just realized I $64 and change of which $5 was tipped the delivery person for delivery, even though it took forever. The best of my knowledge $55 +5 dollars equals $60. I do not know how the heck it came to $64 and change. I was looking so forward to eating the wings because I had been starving as I didn’t have breakfast and I haven’t been well so I’ve been ordering out a lot. What I had ordered was supposed to last me three days. When I opened the box, they didn’t look like they used to look. I took five out of the box not by putting a fork through it; I just tossed them onto a small plate. When I went to eat it, it was so hard that it had to have been fried many times over to be that hard. Anyone who cooks will know that this process will make them like rocks. Since it was late, and I was extremely exhausted, I figured I would call them the following day as 25 were left that I couldn’t eat because they were as hard as rocks. I normally eat 10 per day. When I called the following day, I was told I should’ve called them that night, mind, you, this is around midnight. They told me to send them a video and a photo and they will review it and get back to me. After a few hours, I called back. They said that they had to check with the cooks. As if they can tell how hard it is through a video and as if the cooks would admit to wrong doing. Supposedly someone was supposed to get back to me Saturday night or today which is Sunday. Of course no one did. Mind you, by this time I’m very pissed off. After calling numerous times on Sunday, I was told to call back after six when the manager would be there. Well, I called back after six and they were haggling with me while putting me on hold. Finally, they said they would give 10 wings like they’re doing me a favor. I continued to complain and said they would give me 15 which I figured would be okay, but not. I wanted something edible for my money. They told me I could go pick it up. Well I went there and they told me they cant do anything. At that point I got crazy. This crazy lady in her pajamas and in a lot of pain dumped the rocks onto their counter. I called the number that had told me to go there and get my wings. Somebody answered and put me on hold for a bit and then came back and asked me if I dumped the wings onto the counter and I said yes. I told them in my email that I would do it. I told him on the phone I would do it. It’s not like I didn’t tell them I was going to do that. They told me that I had to leave the establishment. Meanwhile. I’m calling from my car in the parking lot. Regardless, they would call the authorities and get me for trespassing. Can you imagine that? Was I yelling in there? Absolutely. I would NOT recommend Buffalo Bills at all. They’re not what they used to be. The hoops that I had to go through to get nowhere was insane. I’ll be contacting my bank. I want to put a stop on that payment. P.S.: after writing this yesterday, I decided to read the reviews. Apparently I’m not the only one who got rock hard chicken. I believe a couple of those people did indicate that theirs was overcooked as well. Did they get compensated? Did they get a call back? No, they didn’t. The supposed owner is a liar. You would think that he would call that store and let them know that I was coming because I told him I was leaving to go to the store. No, he never called him. I guess they didn’t think I’d really show up. I highly highly highly do not recommend this store. Read the review before even deciding to try it. You will even find people who have had hair in their food. You will find that one got food poisoning while others just got sick.

We ordered for delivery and waited two hours for wings and once it arrived they gave terrible costumer service and only wanted to compensate 10% for the two hour wait. We then tried calling the store after to give a complaint and they did not answer any of our calls absolutely ridiculous. Price is unbelievable for the amount of wings we get

I had ordered from the lasalle restaurant on several occasions. First, ordered suicide sauce, as I remembered from the past having a little spice but amazing flavor. What i recieved was not suicide sauce wings, no spice at all. I decided to give Buffalo bills another chance and ordered 4 alarm sauce. To my disappointment, no spice again, tasted the same bland flavor. I tried again at the same location and ordered 911 sauce. Guess what? Same bland, no spice flavor. Recieved the same sauce everytime. Very disappointed and feel i wasted my money. This has occurred at several different locations now. Buffalo Bills seems to be cutting costs and simply serving one sauce no matter what I ordered. Chateauguay location has been the same disappointment. Such a shame. I used to look forward to my spicy wings nights. I have lost that anticipation, and they have lost a loyal customer.
