What an absolute Legendary Gem of the South-Shore (Rive-Sud) Bagels to BLT’s a vast selection of toppings or sauces, for Bagel connoisseurs needs. Always a treat to stop by. Roti is flavourful, their hot sauce seems influenced or even partnered with West-Island Fire (Local Hot Sauce company), don’t quote me, their sauce can be made in-house*! It definitely gave it that savoury and intense heat to bring out the spices of the roti, the potatoes, chicken and didn’t really notice carrot flavors in mine this time. I had to take a heartburn pill, god dang aging! Us old 26 year olds! Though the intense heat was definitely worth it! I often enjoy or rather get adrenaline with eating spicy foods, and this is definitely a great place to either start off your spice journey, or a regular spot to dine-in or take-out one of the most savoury bagel joints on the shore!
